The Samsung Impression, an entry-level dumbphone with a slide-out keyboard, is out today on AT&T for $199. Even though it's a dumbphone, it manages to house a 3.2-inch touchscreen and a 3-megapxiel camera. More details on the phone with actual impressions here.
