Bettering their previous deals by $50, I'd say it's high time to pick up a Mini 9 for Hackintoshing, wouldn't you?
It's the low-end spec'd Ubuntu-only Mini, so you probably want to bump the RAM up to 1GB or 2GB and the SSD up to 16GB if you're planning on installing OS X which will add another $100, but $299 for that spec is still mighty fine.
