    Say hello to Keiko. She's the world's first robot with Down Syndrome. She's designed to help doctors diagnose people who come into the ER with a bad case of the Downs by answering their questions and responding to touch. What's that? She's not supposed to be retarded? Well what the hell is with that forehead then? Come on, Japan.
